Folkswire x Chief of Staff

We are hiring for a few startups for the role of Chief of Staff. The comp range is 40-50 total CTC. Startups may be willing to extend the budget in exceptional cases so please excuse if your expectations don’t meet this range or if you aren’t willing to take the risk. Carry on and you will what risk I am talking about.. 🙂

 

Full Disclosure First:

 

1. We have onboarded Gnani AI, Spyne AI and a few others. We ideally wouldn’t disclose this but here we are because you would want to know given what we will ask you to do next.

 

2. Also, let’s say you don’t get selected, we also intend to share your profile to other startups without any commission to us from the client startup as a good deed done on to you and an okay-ish sales strategy for us. If a future startup is interested in you and you are keen on working with them, we will make the connection.

 

TLDR: We are going to ask you to to an assessment created by us. One is a technical assessment and the other one is a behavioural assessment. And we will share your profile first with the hiring managers and then reach out to you if they are interested. Need consent.
